Hadleigh 12 - 57 Fakenham
So after a shocking first 30 minutes having conceded 37 points the boys decided to turn up, Hadleigh finally found some fight and boy did they turn up, they showed exactly why the first half of the season was so successful. A 12-20 second half doesn’t reflect how well they played. Thank you all for your support in my return as Hadleigh Coach it was an absolute pleasure Jeavesey

Head Coach – Adrian Winter.
Adrian and his son Sonnie have been with us right from the start when we were playing Tag rugby. This year Adrian has stepped up to be Head Coach after Rob Cotterill moved to the Under 10’s. Adrian is very enthusiastic and passionate, working well with our existing squad and integrating new players into the squad. Adrian is usually first on site and along with Sonnie will be setting out pitches, drills and whatever else is required for a successful training session.
Assistant Coach – Matt Lawrence.
Matt joins us this year after relocating back “home” after a spell in Kent. His son William is also among our playing staff and has settled in very well. Matt has a great way with the team which allows him to easily communicate what we are trying to achieve. He is well organised, insightful and very professional.
Assistant Coach/Team Manager – Craig Spooner
Like Adrian, Craig has been with the Under 11’s from the off with his son Samuel. Initially starting as Team Manager and now assisting with the Coaching, Craig is your go to man if you need any help, information or directions! Always looking to recruit new talent and organising players, parents and coaches, Craig is usually most relieved when the Kick off whistle blows!

Under 12’s Squad
We have a great bunch of kids in the group with some real talent and some real potential. We have two girls in our group who more than hold their own and are a real credit to the team. Each year we manage to find a few new players so it’s never too late if you have an interested child but are worried they might not catch up. We train most Sundays from 9.30am when we do not have a match or a festival. Rugby is a game for everyone, both girls and boys of all different shapes and sizes and we aim to make it fun, healthy and confidence boosting.
